Six Service Directions
Digital Safety Education Content
We create and publish Chinese-language digital safety educational content covering common scam types, personal information protection, and essential cyber safety knowledge — presented in a clear, accessible format suitable for all ages.
YouTube Channel
We operate a dedicated YouTube channel (@NZCNSAFE), publishing Chinese-language scam prevention videos including case analysis, safety tips, and practical demonstrations to help the Chinese community understand digital risks.
Scam Case Analysis
We collect real scam cases from New Zealand and present them as anonymised educational content, helping community members recognise how scams evolve, understand the warning signs, and know what steps to take if targeted.
Community Outreach
We distribute scam prevention information and digital safety knowledge through multiple channels — including our website, video platform, and social media — reaching Chinese community members of different ages and online habits.
Institutional Support (In Development)
We are exploring partnerships with relevant organisations to provide referrals and access to support resources for community members in need — including government agencies, legal aid, and victim support. This direction is still in the planning stage.
Free Service Statement
All public content and services from this organisation are provided as a public good and are completely free. We do not charge any service fees, consultation fees, or any other fees. If you encounter anyone charging fees in our name, please contact us immediately.
